Recipe
- 1 oz (30 ml) Campari
- 1 oz (30 ml) sweet vermouth
- Italian lager to top (Peroni/Moretti/Menabrea)
- Pinch of salt
- Beer foam (see below)

Build: Chill a tall glass. Add Campari + vermouth + ice. Top with lager, leaving ~1″ headroom. Whisk 2–3 oz cold lager with a pinch of salt 20–30 sec (or use a milk frother) to make foam. Spoon on top. Garnish orange wedge.

Tastes like: bitter-orange, herbal snap, crisp malt, soft creamy finish.
