A new report shows that the democrat led house secretly collected about 30 million lines of phone records after Jan. 6 - of people who might be MAGA, then slipped it to the FBI led by Christopher Wray

The investigative report detailed how the Democrat-led Jan. 6th Select Committee targeted and collected communications between Republican lawmakers, grassroots supporters, and the Trump White House to track Trump allies and White House contacts.

The findings, according to the FBI internal memo, revealed that the committee collected the dataset without getting judicial warrants.

The records—detailed things like call times, durations, and connections—with the goal of mapping out who was reaching out to the Trump administration in the lead-up to the Capitol events of January 6 - possibly for prosecution.

Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger then slipped the digital archive to Christopher Wray's FBI - weeks before the 2024 election.

According to the FBI memo, Kinzinger told the FBI that the data had been collected by Former Rep. Denver Riggleman - an ex-Republican who helped Hunter Biden discredit the 'laptop from hell' and was a staffer on the Jan. 6th committee.

Riggleman allegedly led the analysis of the data, linking phone numbers to White House switchboards and private lines.

It's not clear whether the FBI took the records, but critics say that it could have been used to investigate people who support Trump.

The phone data is tied to similar FBI actions under the Biden administration including the "Arctic Frost" investigation, where federal agents quietly collected the private phone records from eight Republican senators—and other conservatives without their knowledge, or permission from a judge.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley has blasted these tactics as "political spying worse than Watergate" saying they represent an abuse of power.****
