Justice Ketanji Brown compared racial congressional redistricting to the access improvements for disabled individuals under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

"Ketanji Brown Jackson, from the Supreme Court, says that all black people in this country, according to the ADA and the 14th Amendment, are disabled," Tony Kinnett said last night on “The Tony Kinnett Cast."
