1. Moral – Maintaining a buzz on the floor and keeping the right mentality

C. Need to know basis – Only disseminate positive messages
D. Complaints – Listen but do not join the band wagon and fuel the negativity. Thinking you are buddies with an agent harms your leadership versus help. A leader will listen and steer their mentality to focus on what they want
E. Do you think the agents your friends with really care if your job is at risk or your success.
2. How to manage and maintain agents by lifting
A. Lead through lifting your agents
1. Start with Agent Goals – Hold them accountable to their own
B. How to do course correction and send them off motivated
C. Disciplinary actions – Most productive way is to lead through their own goals – Ask how they can meet their goals with less KPI’s. If you have had to have multiple conversations, then they need to ask if this is a good fit?
