Why Jesus Came - Not to Condemn, But to Save

📖 “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.” — John 3:17

Yesterday we read John 3:16, where God’s love for the world was revealed — a love so deep that He gave His one and only Son so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. ❤️

Today’s verse continues that truth: Jesus didn’t come to condemn us — He came to save us.

📖 John 12:47 — “If anyone hears My words and doesn’t keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world.”
📖 Romans 8:1 — “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”
📖 Luke 19:10 — “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”

That’s the heart of the Gospel: love that rescues, not judgment that condemns.
God’s purpose was never punishment — it was redemption.

📖 Acts 4:12 — “There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved.”

✨ Reflection: Do you see Jesus as waiting to judge you, or as the One who came to save you?

Next time, we’ll pause for reflection — looking back at everything we’ve learned about reconciliation, forgiveness, and the love that saves. 💛
