Lumines Arise – Deep Dive Overview Trailer

Developer Enhance recently showcased the features and modes for Lumines Arise, which is their reimagining of the classic PSP puzzle game from 2004. It’s packing a lot of content, and if their previous releases of Rez Infinite and Tetris Effect are any indicator, it should satisfy Lumines enthusiasts. Players can expect a single-player Journey Mode of 35 unique stages, each with its own music and theme, and a Survival Mode that lets you travel through all the game’s stages, more akin to classic Lumines gameplay. There are Time Attack leaderboards, head-to-head local and online multiplayer Burst Battles, training missions and challenges, a Quick Burst mode for short shots of gameplay, and the ability to create your own stage playlists for your favorite levels. Also, there will be regular weekend online events. Hydelic returns as the composer, who also composed the music for Tetris Effect.

Lumines Arise releases for PlayStation 5, PlayStation VR2, and PC on November 11, 2025.
