I find it crazy how in 2025 I still hear people saying things like mental health is just new age nonsense or woo woo and acting like it doesn't matter. And we should all just suck it up and not acknowledge our real feelings! I'm here to tell you in today's video why mental health is real and essential! Of course there is an industry that preys on people's poor emotional intelligence and convinces them to only focus on trauma and never do anything to actually heal it. But we can't throw the baby out with the bathwater! I know plenty of people and have heard countless stories from people who have great experience from therapy when the therapist is someone who empowers them. But it's not just about talking about it, you actually have to make the changes in your life otherwise the rest is all nonsense!
