Why? Illegal aliens are having a hard time paying their bills because of ICE raids. The Golden State really is one of the most backward places in America. Thanks to Democrats, of course. That seems to be the case. I can't imagine how a citizen or legal immigrant would fall behind because of ICE enforcement. It's not like they can't work anymore. So the only beneficiaries look to be illegals who can't work and won't leave. They are taking money out of the mouths of the landlords directly and giving it to illegals. They plan to seize private property by not enabling landlords to evict people who don't pay their rent. This is reason 10,001 that you should NEVER invest in a Democrat controlled area. Illegal aliens take precedence over American landlords in sunny Los Angeles. As you’ve already surmised by watching the Democrat Party in action these last several years, the party awards criminal behavior at the expense of the law-abiding. Amazing, isn’t it? How they care more about CRIMINAL ILLEGAL’s than they do YOU, a citizen of this nation. Likely because the LA County Board of Supervisors is filled with illegals looking out for each other.
