Ingredients:
230 g dark chocolate
180 g butter
3 eggs
130 g brown sugar
80 g sugar
160 g flour
100 g dark chocolate chips (for folding in and topping)
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:

Stir butter over medium heat until it turns brown.
Stir the chocolate into the browned butter.
Beat vanilla, eggs, brown sugar, and white sugar together.
Mix in the chocolate-butter mixture.
Fold in salt, flour, and cocoa powder.
Stir in most of the chocolate chips, keeping some for the top.
Pour the batter into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 170°C (convection) for 22 minutes.
