Day 288 | Knowledge Teaches the Drill — Wisdom Runs the Rep

There’s a big difference between knowing what to do… and actually doing it.
Day 288 of my 365-Day Ice Bath Challenge isn’t just about cold water — it’s about the collision between knowledge and obedience.
James 3:17 says, “But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits.”
For a long time, I thought wisdom was just knowledge with manners — something you collect with age and experience.
But wisdom isn’t polished by time; it’s purified by pressure.
These ice baths don’t give me new information; they strip away excuses until only obedience remains.
Obedience when it’s uncomfortable. When the alarm hits early. When I’m tired of being tested.
That’s where wisdom grows — in the small, invisible moments when nobody’s watching and you still choose to do what’s right.
