In today's message on DecreeForCanada, I speak directly to you with an urgent call to action based on Scripture, current events, and the Spirit’s leading. This is not simply a commentary; it is a rallying cry. If you’re part of this movement, you are being summoned to put on the armor of God, to open your mouths, and to take your place in the strategic mountain of influence God has assigned for you.

Introduction: A Time for Righteous Indignation

The world looks chaotic, and there are conflicting reports of peace on the international stage. Yet while the world celebrates fleeting accords and high-profile photo ops, strategic moves are being made behind the curtain. The scriptures remind us that the righteous are like a flourishing tree that bears fruit in every season (Psalm 1). We cannot be passive. We must be active intercessors and authoritative decreers. God has trained us for this season, and now He is calling us to rise.

Rooted in Psalm 1: Our Identity and Mission

I began with Psalm 1 because it defines the outcome of choosing God’s ways. The righteous delight in the law of the Lord, meditate day and night, and are like trees planted by streams that bear fruit in every season. Contrast that with the wicked—chaff blown away by the wind. This imagery sets the stakes: we will be a people who remain true to the Word, deeply rooted, never fainting, ever bearing fruit even in turbulent times.

What’s Happening in the Natural: Watch the Patterns

We cannot ignore current events and the way the enemy attempts to reshape structures. In recent news we see powerful investment conglomerates acquiring critical infrastructure—data centers, power grids—while not necessarily expanding capacity. When high-demand systems like AI data centers consume massive amounts of power, those who control the grid can manipulate costs and access. That’s not accidental; it’s strategic.

When industry consolidation pairs with legislative overreach and media manipulation, the stage is set for erosion of freedoms. These are not isolated stories. They connect. We must be alert, discerning, and proactive in prayer and action.

Assembling the Ecclesia: Committees, Mountains, and Assignment

The Lord told me: this season is no longer about one person carrying everything. He is calling the ecclesia to session. Every one of you has been trained, strengthened, and prepared for this hour. We are to form oversight committees—Israel, U.S., Canada, arts and entertainment, religion, economy—each with focused intercessors who watch, pray, and decree into their territories.

You are not passive. You are not spectators. You are an assigned voice over a mountain of influence. We must rise with clarity, accountability, and agreement. When the ecclesia moves in unity, heaven responds.

Put On the Full Armor of God: Spiritual Strategy

We memorized the Scripture; now we must apply it. Ephesians 6 tells us to stand firm with:

the belt of truth
the breastplate of righteousness
the gospel-prepared feet
the shield of faith
the helmet of salvation
the sword of the Spirit—the Word of God
prayer in the Spirit on all occasions

We must speak, decree, and pray. The Word of the Lord is our offensive weapon and the blood of Jesus is our covering. We declare protection over our families, over the internet platforms we use, over prophetic voices, and over the remnant who are standing in the gap.

Specific Threats: Bills C-2, C-8, C-9 and the Online Harms Act

There are concrete legislative threats that demand our attention. Bills being pushed through Parliament—C-2 (Strong Borders) in its current framing, C-8, C-9, and the specter of the Online Harms Act—contain measures that can erode privacy, restrict financial autonomy, enable warrantless searches and empower bureaucracies to censor and punish speech.

These bills can:

allow opening of private mail without warrants
criminalize cash transactions over arbitrary thresholds
permit warrantless searches of electronic devices by non-police agents
create commissions with expansive censorship powers
enable preemptive surveillance and curfew/house arrest powers

ANd the majority of the people know nothing of this. We must do two things simultaneously: pray and act. Contact your Member of Parliament. Let them hear the voice of the people who oppose such violations of liberty. Share information within your circles. Raise awareness in your church. We will decree their failure spiritually and press the charge practically.

Prophetic Words: Winds of Change, Whistleblowers, and Collapse of Corrupt Governance

The Lord has given prophetic confirmations: the “winds of change” hosts are at work—angels dispatched to blow apart clouds of deception. As the light of God intensifies, some who have been propagating lies will be convicted. Our prayers are calling whistleblowers forth—people entrenched in media, government, and corporations who will be compelled by conscience and the Spirit to speak truth.

I shared a word that the government’s organs of deception and oppressive legislation would be exposed and dismantled—some in positions of power will be forced into self-examination, and truth will begin to leak out. God raises and drops kings (Daniel 2:21). We are asking Him to move now.

Corporate Decrees: How We Act in Faith

When we assemble as an ecclesia and decree in unified faith, spiritual law moves. We practiced binding and loosing—binding harmful legislation, loosing righteous replacement, calling for the dismantling of demonic communication structures and the exposing of hidden plots. Use your voice. Join in corporately and privately:

Plead the blood of Jesus over your family, devices, and networks.
Decree that every evil assignment sent against your nation backfires.
Bind the spirit behind oppressive laws; loose revelation, justice, and whistleblowers.
Pray Psalm 121 and Ephesians 6 daily; speak Scripture as your weapon.
Prayer in Tongues and the Breaker Anointing

There is power when the ecclesia prays in one accord—even in the language of the Spirit. Tongues are not only personal communion; they are corporate rocket fuel that sends our petitions straight to the throne. I pressed us into corporate tongues, and I sensed the heavens responding: “You broke it today.” You may not always see immediate results, but the spiritual structure was shaken.

We are stepping into a breaker anointing—an anointing to break entrenched strongholds. We do not rely on our strength but on the Spirit. The Lord is recharging our spiritual batteries; He is equipping the remnant to act with authority.

Action Items: What You Can Do Today
Pray with intensity—use the armor of God passages and plead the blood.
Contact your elected officials about bills that violate freedom and privacy.
Form or join your mountain committee: identify your sphere and be its intercessor.
Share credible information with neighbors and your church—raise awareness.
Expect and declare whistleblowers and truth to surface—pray for their protection.
Keep speaking prophetic declarations aligned with Scripture—God honors His Word.
Conclusion: The Battle Belongs to the Lord

We finish where we began—in Scripture. The Lord is our help and our protector. He does not slumber. His hosts are active. When we come together, declaring the Word, the heavenly hosts respond and move on our behalf. We are not helpless; we are appointed. We are called for such a time as this to stand, decree, and see the light of truth dispel darkness.

So rise up. Put on the belt of truth. Take the sword of the Spirit and speak. Contact your MPs. Join your ecclesia in prayer. Expect a breakthrough. Expect whistleblowers. Expect the winds of change. God has trained us to move from strength to strength—now is the moment to act in unity, faith, and obedience.

Keep pressing. Keep decreeing. Keep loving the truth. The enemy is on his last legs, and the Lord is making a way where there seems no way. Let us be the people who do not sit in the seat of the scorner but who bear fruit in every season and stand firm in God’s truth.
