🚨 BREAKING: SCOTUS Justice Clarence Thomas takes a BLOW TORCH to Voting Rights Act districts that favor Democrats on the basis of race

Thomas successfully makes the point that the "black" district WOULD NOT EXIST in Louisiana without being forced to by the courts to consider race.

Louisiana's Solicitor General says that they would not have drawn up the district without being forced to draw it under SB 8.

THOMAS: "What role did Robinson [forced Louisiana to draw another race district] play in SB 8? [Louisiana's map]"

AGUINAGA: We drew it because the courts told us to! We'd NEVER pass SB 8 without Robinson! They said a majority black district was required. And our legislature saw the marching order.

Clarence Thomas is the GOAT! He knows the VRA is ridiculous!
