🍮 Ingredients – The Fire & Ice Fusion

For the Custard Base
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 4 egg yolks
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

For the Molten Caramel Topping
• 3 tablespoons sugar (for torching)
• ½ teaspoon brown sugar
• Edible gold flakes (optional for cinematic flare)

For the Frozen Core
• 1 small scoop of vanilla bean or coconut ice cream (frozen solid)

🔥 Instructions – The Cinematic Sequence
1. Heat cream with vanilla until steaming; whisk yolks and sugar separately.
2. Slowly pour cream into yolk mixture, stirring constantly.
3. Pour into ramekins and bake in a water bath until just set.
4. Chill completely in the fridge.
