Full Body Strength Workout with Weights | 25 Minutes

This 25-minute interval-style total body strength workout consists of 6 movements for 2 rounds through at a minute each. I am using a single heavy dumbbell (25 lbs), a set of 5 lb ankle weights, and a mat for the floor work. I recommend shoes for this workout if you are wearing ankle weights.
