Halo Veteran Leaves Studio With an Ominous Warning For the Future

Next week at Halo World Championships we will see what Halo Studios has been working on in regards to the future of the franchise. It's been heavily rumored we are getting ANOTHER version of Combat Evolved and given the current state of the Xbox brand, the safe bet seems to be the only bet. Beyond a remake, the future looks awfully dim for what was once the biggest name in all of gaming. Chief of Staff Melissa Boone seemingly left the studio under the cover of darkness and Glenn Israel, a 17 year veteran of the franchise, has left with a parting message signalling something sinister is afoot.

This really is the last shot for Halo to make an impact. If they don't, they will have good company in the oversized garbage bin of Xbox Studios that is slated to increase next year.
