Note: As it occurs, a "Thumbs Down" episode! Go figure!

Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert reviews "Scenes From A Mall" (While it could have been a clever premise of spending the entire movie in a Shopping Mall in California, the idea of martial affairs and other unnecessary gags are stupid and pathetic! Plus, the waste of talent of both Woody Allen and Bette Midler barred with no chemistry and writer/director, Paul Mazursky. Also featuring Fabio, Gary Sinise, Tichina Arnold, Robby Benson and Lin Shaye.); "Nothing But Trouble" (Now, I actually had a soft spot and didn't mind this dark, insane horror comedy from actor, Dan Aykroyd who not only starred in it but also co-wrote, produced and directed! Joining with Chevy Chase, Demi Moore, John Candy in a dual role and Taylor Negron. Not to mention, The Digital Underground and Tupac Shakur!); "He Said, She Said" (Kevin Bacon and Elizabeth Perkins in a Romantic Comedy about the outrage battle of the opposite sex during a news talk show. Also stars Nathan Lane.); "King Ralph" (I love this hilarious royal comedy with John Goodman as an American lounge singer becoming a new King in the UK! Also stars Peter O'Toole and John Hurt.) and "The Field".

Home Video: Ebert's pick is Michael Mann's "Manhunter" (The film that brought us an early version of Hannibal Lecter played by Brian Cox. Also, based on the Thomas Harris' novel, "Red Dragon" with William L. Peterson as FBI Agent, Will Graham who is about to catch a killer, Tom Noonan as "The Tooth Fairy".) And a recap of Today's program.

Recorded on KATU ABC 2 in Portland, Oregon with Commercials intact.
