Kenneth E. Barden is an attorney with over 40 years of experience within the US and internationally. He began his legal career as a municipal attorney for two cities, Richmond
Indiana and Dayton Ohio, where he was involved in land regulation and local tax matters.
Subsequently, Ken has worked internationally, assisting developing countries in managing public finance and resources, improving integrity and governance, and addressing climate
change issues.

In addition to his legal work, Mr. Bardem is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist
(CAMS), Certified Financial Crimes Specialist (CFCS), and Certified Specialist in Asset Recovery
(CSAR). Among his expertise is in project planning, assessments, monitoring and evaluation.
