California Restricts AI Girlfriends; Lawmakers Reveal Where Your Tax Dollars Go

A new law in California places restrictions on AI companions. People who have artificial intelligence boyfriends or girlfriends, or even just AI friends, could get impacted by new safety protocols. California is now the first state to put these in place, with the goal of protecting kids.
