Interview with a lovely couple that just opened Eridanus Brewing in Russel, KY. A tea and taproom. Eridanus Brewing is a unique brewery located in an old train station near the Ohio River. The building is an old train station brimming with personality. It truly has something for everyone. Of course, there is craft beer but they also offer herbal teas brewed by Kristen. When the weather turns warm there will be yoga during the day and bonfires with beers at night. The Dragonfly food truck rounds out the offerings with green friend tomatoes as well as other local favorites. The menu inside should not be ignored. The smoked trout dip is so good it is hard to describe. My words can not give it credit. If you have been there, please leave a comment as to what was your favorite thing.
