Your Promised Land Won't Come Until You Strike the Enemy

Today's message will challenge both your faith and your action: the promises God has placed before you — personal and national — will not arrive by passive waiting. They come when we rise, speak and strike the enemy with the authority Jesus restored to us. This is a call to stop relying on religion-as-usual and to begin exercising the delegated power of the Holy Spirit to reclaim our harvest.

The Vineyard: God Has Prepared the Promised Land

I opened with Isaiah 5: the image of a beloved who prepared a vineyard on a rich and fertile hill, who plowed, cleared the stones, planted the finest vines and built watchtowers and wine presses — then waited for a harvest of sweet grapes. But the harvest came bitter.

"My beloved had a vineyard on a rich and fertile hill. He plowed the land. He cleared the stones... He waited for a harvest of sweet grapes. But the grapes that grew were bitter."

God has done His part. He gave us the vineyard. He cleared many of the stones. He gave seed and the finest vines. The problem is not God's provision. The problem is our participation. Hands must work and hearts must agree with God's purposes. In short: your promised land is already here, but it will not show up until you strike the head of the enemy and remove the stones that choke your crop.

Jesus Preached Kingdom — Not Religion

Jesus never instructed people to go hunt for religion or passive leaders to solve everything for them. He declared, "The kingdom of heaven is at hand." He restored to us dominion by giving us the Spirit — the same creative power that spoke the universe into being. He delegated authority and told us to move.

That means two things are true at once:

God has already provided everything necessary for righteousness and restoration.
We must now step up and exercise the authority He has entrusted to us.
The Power of Decree — Use Your Mouth

Scripture charges us to speak: Job 22:28 says, "You shall decree a thing..." That is not religious poetry — it is functional spiritual authority. When you speak under the influence of the Holy Spirit, you activate heaven's creative power. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead is in you.

"The same power that rose Jesus from the grave is inside of you, and all you need to do is open your mouth."

Too many of us have outsourced our spiritual responsibility to others. We ask leaders to do what God gave us to do. If you have said yes to Jesus and been baptized in the Holy Spirit, you have access to the same power — and you are called to use it.

Testimony: Perseverance Brings Revival

Shelley Quick's story shows what steady faith looks like in practice. For over thirty years she walked and prayed around a local school, asking God to make that place a Christian, Christ-centered environment. It took decades, but God answered. Now the school displays Psalm 139:14 — "I will praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made" — on its billboard.

This is a practical proof: persistent prayer and faithful decreeing can change institutions. Hope deferred may make the heart sick, but a promise fulfilled brings joy. Don't stop speaking. Don't stop believing. The enemy's strategy is to wear you down; our strategy must be persistence.

A Corporate Word: Justice, Exposure, Restoration

I shared a prophetic warning received for the nations — especially Canada and the Republic of America — describing corruption that must be exposed and judged. The word painted a picture of governments and extra‑governmental agencies operating beyond accountability, of elections and policies manipulated by hidden powers, and of systems that have allowed harm to children and oppressed citizens.

That word calls for several responses:

Decree exposure and justice — ask God to reveal hidden corruption.
Call for righteous leaders — pray that God raise capable, honest public servants who hate bribes and will govern by godly principles.
Stand for the protection of children and institutions — refuse to normalize policies that harm the vulnerable.

"For the vision is yet for an appointed time... though it linger, wait for it, because it will surely come to pass." (Habakkuk 2:3)

We must pair prophetic insight with apostolic activation: prophets point the way; the apostolic body mobilizes people and structures to implement the change.

How Prophetic and Apostolic Action Work Together

Prophecy reveals direction. Apostolic action provides structure and execution. A prophetic word may identify a corruption or a call for justice, but the body of Christ — the churches, the leaders, the engaged citizens — must come beneath that prophetic word to activate it: exposing deception, organizing prayer, protesting injustice, electing or appointing righteous leaders, and providing alternative institutions that embody truth and righteousness.

We are not spectators. We are called to govern in the Spirit: to decree, to intercede, and to recruit and equip righteous leaders for every mountain of influence.

Practical Steps: How We Strike the Enemy

Striking the enemy is not about violence. It's spiritual warfare expressed in disciplined, kingdom-focused action:

Pray and decree: use your voice to call heaven into your situation (Job 22:28; Luke 12:2).
Walk persistently: like Shelley Quick’s three decades, persistent prayer and presence yield fruit.
Expose by truth: demand transparency, accountability and the exposure of corrupt systems.
Discern leaders: pray for godly, competent people to step into positions across the seven mountains (government, education, media, arts & entertainment, business, family, religion).
Engage in unity: band together across borders — especially between Canadians and Americans — to stand for righteousness and justice.
Speak in the Spirit: corporate tongues and spirit-language prayer build unity and release heaven’s language into our gatherings.
Practical declarations you can use
Declare exposure of corrupt systems and full disclosure of hidden agendas.
Decree the rise of honest, capable leaders who fear God and hate bribes.
Call for restoration of godly influence in schools, hospitals, media, courts and governments.
Ask for divine protection over those who stand for justice and for a hedge of angels around key leaders and freedoms.
On Industry and Public Health — A Call for Truth

Part of our corporate cry must be a demand for truth where medicine, pharmaceutical interests and public policy intersect. When institutions suppress remedies, conceal research, or profit from harmful practices, the people must press for transparency and accountability. This is a spiritual and civic responsibility, not a mere political complaint.

Conclusion: Worship, Unity and the Harvest

God has not abandoned us. He is the same God who delivered Israel, who raised Jesus, and who answers persistent prayer. But He invites us to join Him in finishing the work: to clear the stones, pull the weeds, and harvest the righteousness He’s already planted.

"I've given you the garden. All you need to do now is harvest it."

We close in worshipful resolve: God’s promises are yes and amen. When His people unite — tongues lifted, mouths opened, hands ready to work — mountains move. The harvest of righteousness is coming to our nations when we rise up, speak with authority and strike the enemy where he operates: in darkness, deception and complacency.

Rise up. Open your mouth. Decree the word. Strike the enemy — not with weapons of flesh, but with the power of the spoken word and the Spirit of God. The promised land is already prepared. Let us go and take the harvest.
