It's Spooktober! Time for spoopy games!

This time we play Resident Evil Village

Resident Evil Village (stylized as VII.I.AGE RESIDENT EVIL) is a 2021 survival horror game developed and published by Capcom. It is the eighth main entry in the Resident Evil series and the direct sequel to Resident Evil 7: Biohazard (2017). The game follows Ethan Winters, who awakens in a mysterious, snow-covered European village after his daughter Rosemary is kidnapped by Chris Redfield’s Hound Wolf Squad. The village is ruled by four mutant lords—Lady Dimitrescu, Donna Beneviento, Salvatore Moreau, and Karl Heisenberg—under the command of the witch-like Mother Miranda.

The game blends survival horror with more action-oriented gameplay, featuring first-person combat, resource management, exploration, and a merchant (The Duke) who sells and upgrades weapons. It uses Capcom’s RE Engine, delivering photorealistic graphics and immersive environments.
