What Lawler was trying to propose to Jefferies

Hakeem Jeffries kept telling Lawler to “shut your mouth,” but Lawler was proposing a HR that would compromise both sides - no $1.5 trillion in extra spending BUT an extension of the expiring ACA credits - that would get the government back up and running. But Jeffries (and the media) ignored it.
