Dirty Tactics: How GOLIATH VENTURES INC Is Abusing YouTube’s Copyright System to Silence Journalism!

When scammers can’t disprove the facts, they try to erase them. That’s exactly what’s happening right now with GOLIATH VENTURES INC, an alleged Florida-based Ponzi scheme led by Christopher “Chris” Delgado.

After being exposed for promising investors 4–8% monthly returns through supposed “crypto liquidity pools, Bitcoin mining, and blockchain projects,” the company has now turned to dirty tactics to silence those calling out the truth.

Instead of providing proof of any legitimate operations, licenses, or blockchain partnerships, GOLIATH VENTURES INC filed a defamation lawsuit against investigative journalist Danny de Hek (The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger). But beneath the public legal action, the company has launched a darker campaign — filing fake YouTube copyright strikes to try and have his channel deleted.

Within days of the lawsuit being filed, three coordinated copyright strikes were submitted to YouTube, all clearly fraudulent. Two came from entities linked to GOLIATH VENTURES INC, and another came from Shavez Ahmed Siddiqui, a scam promoter previously featured in a Bloomberg documentary exposing his involvement in multiple Ponzi-style investment networks targeting everyday “mum and dad” investors.

Here are the fake takedown notices that triggered YouTube’s automated termination system:

1. “Shavez Ahmed Siddiqui Knocked Out by The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger in Scam Showdown! – UNCUT”

3. “What Real Quant Funds Look Like Vs. GOLIATH VENTURES, FL Ponzi Scam (Christopher Delgado)”

Each of these emails belongs to fake or anonymous accounts, not legitimate rights holders. They are part of a DMCA-for-hire censorship campaign — a trick scammers use to flood creators with false strikes until their channels are taken down automatically.

Under U.S. law (17 U.S.C. §512(f)), submitting a false DMCA takedown notice constitutes perjury. YouTube and the courts have previously acted against this type of abuse:

- YouTube v. Christopher Brady (2019): YouTube sued and won a $25,000 settlement against a man filing fake copyright claims.

In all cases, the courts ruled that false copyright notices are abuse of process, not free speech — and that platforms must take action against those filing them in bad faith.

These are the exact same tactics now being used by GOLIATH VENTURES INC. Instead of transparency, they’ve resorted to fake DMCA strikes, fake emails, and fake lawsuits — all in a desperate attempt to suppress growing scrutiny.

But as history has proven, such tactics only backfire. Every fraudulent strike leaves a traceable trail of evidence, and every attempt at censorship becomes one more piece of proof of guilt.

The broader investigation into GOLIATH VENTURES INC now involves six government agencies, multiple whistleblowers, and over 120 victims who have come forward with information. According to internal sources, there is strong belief that Christopher Delgado could soon face criminal charges tied to this network of investment fraud.

This story isn’t about a YouTube channel being silenced — it’s about how online fraudsters are abusing copyright law to intimidate, harass, and delay exposure. And just like every scam before it, this one won’t end quietly.
