The Smashing Machine Will Be Dwayne Johnson's Most Costly FLOP

The Smashing Machine completely failed at the Box Office in its second weekend of release. Failing to pull in $2 Million over the three day stretch is a horrible result and the nearly 70% drop will ultimately seal this film's fate.

It's not the first, but it most certainly will be the last attempt to legitimize Dwayne Johnson as a serious actor. If he wants to have a career in Hollywood, he has to embrace being The Rock and leveraging what little pull and good will he has in WWE.
