Ingredients: Salmon fillets, spring onion, ginger, garlic, oil, black pepper and salt. Cut ginger, spring onion and garlic into slices. Put a layer of ginger, spring onion and garlic at the bottom of the pan and put Salmon fillets marinated with salt and pepper on top and let it steam for 30 minutes. Then put the rest of ginger, spring onion and garlic on top of steamed Salmon, and add hot cooking oil to the dish as shown in the video. Serve with rice or steamed vegetables as per your preference.
