Released Palestinian prisoner recounts severe starvation and abuse in Israeli jails

Since the war on Gaza began, Israeli forces have intensified arrests across the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Around 20,000 arrests have been documented in the occupied West Bank while the number arrested from Gaza remains unknown.
Most detainees are held without charge.
They report ill-treatment, starvation, and systematic abuse.
