My NES Collection 006 - The Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle

I still remember when I was a kid my friend who lives down the street from me used to have this game for his NES. So, one day we ended up buying this game and we played it a lot.

This one is The Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle. In Japan this game was released as Who Framed Roger Rabbit. If you have seen my Japanese Video Game Collection Series than you pretty much already seen this game.

The only difference is that you play as Bugs Bunny, and you must collect carrots instead of hearts. You also run into enemies that are other looney tunes characters like Slyvester the Cat, Daffy Duck, Yosemite Sam, and Wile E Coyote.

It's a puzzle platform game which you have to collect all the carrots to proceed to the next level. I think they're 64 levels altogether (I'll have to look it up.) Each time you clear a level you gain 1 extra life. Which you will need a lot of them to beat this game. You can't jump which sucks. (You can't jump in Roger Rabbit either.) But you can get a glove to shoot at the enemy or move a crate and land it on them.

In this video I managed to get a lot further than I did in Roger Rabbit, but the problem was that my laptop battery was getting low and I didn't want this to get cut short by RSV. So, I stopped after level 55 and maybe I'll finish this game later.
