It was a real pleasure speaking with Clare Rose Wills Harrison, former solicitor and founder of Lawyers of Light. We discussed the hidden dangers of digital ID, the illusion of safety it creates, and how corporate and state power are merging into one system of control. Clare explained how ISO 20022 and the UK’s One Login framework are quietly eroding privacy under the banner of efficiency.

I also shared how I was fooled into signing up for the Companies House Directors Verification, thinking it was just a harmless formality, before realising it was part of the same digital net. Thankfully, I managed to delete it and request erasure of my data. A hard lesson in vigilance, one I hope others can learn from.
