Immunoglobulin components kappa and lambda are useful biomarkers in diagnosing and managing inflammatory diseases and some cancers associated with COVID-19 illness and COVID-19 Adverse Events as reported in the medical literature and the the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention vaccine database. The utility of serum free light chains in identifying symptom complexes and diseases following vaccination with mRNA products is discussed.

Histological and immunohistochemical analyses of tissue samples obtained at autopsy and biopsy following COVID-19 vaccination elevate syndromes consisting of symptom and biomarker clusters to disease status called CoVax Disease. The OS-PP scheme is presented as an analytic tool to help establish the pathological basis of the various CoVax Diseases identified to date.
