Keto Pepperoni Cooper Sharp Cheese Buns!

Welcome back to the channel!
Today, we're trying a modification of a Cary Kelly keto bun recipe (s/o to @CaryKelly11!). Cary developed this keto/carnivore "bun" that is super easy and very satisfying. The basic bun recipe is: one cup powdered butter and one egg. That's it! Mix, drop onto a sheet pan, then toss into a pre-heated 350 degree oven and cook for ~ 20 minutes. That's the basic recipe. Today, we're going to do a little enhancement: keto pepperoni and Cooper Sharp cheese buns!

Same basic recipe plus:
couple ounces of pepperoni, diced, then fried till crisp.
couple ounces of Cooper sharp cheese, diced
very small amount each of: Complete Seasoning (Badia), garlic powder, onion powder.

Mix everything together.
Chill the "batter"
Drop small round rolls onto a sheet pan
Cook in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for ~ 20 minutes or until golden, brown and delicious.

These are tasty, savory, and so incredibly satisfying!

And, the recipe is is like a canvas...you can modify it to make your own version of the dish! Works for savory and for sweet.
