My summary of David McGowan's 2014 book "Weird Scenes Inside The Canyon" continues with Part 16 - Chapter 18 - The Wolf King of LA - "PAPA" John Phillips. This chapter covers the families and histories of the members of the 1960s music group "The Mamas and the Papas", John Phillips, Michelle Gilliam Phillips, Mama Cass Elliot and Denny Doherty.
