Hello!
Today I tried to make a cake that can be made on April Fool's Day. I put cereal in a scone with bacon, cheese, and green onions. And made it into a chicken thigh shape. It looks very much like a chicken!
I put it in the box as if I was ordering it. It looks like fried chicken, so I found it magical and interesting. Haha
It tastes really good, like eating a slightly salty but delicious dish with bacon, Cheddar cheese, and lots of green onions in the scone. Since it looks like chicken, I thought I should drink beer with it, and it suits me better than I thought. Haha

In the video, I used green onions, not scallions. Green onions are fine too!
And the cereal on the scone is used without sugar.
I even tried sweet cereal with sugar, but it didn't taste good to me and it's much better without sugar!
I recommend using unsweetened cereal

Ingredients
All special flour 200g
Sugar 55g
Salt 3g
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Parmesan cheese powder 40g
Dough 3g
Unsalted butter 100g
Heavy cream 100g
Egg No. 1
Bacon 120g
Cheddar cheese 100g
Green onion 40g
Unsweetened cereal

◼ Please be ready ◼
Prepare butter, eggs, fresh cream and cold cheese.
Turn on oven to 200℃
