Many people workout and do strength and cardio training. However, I’ve noticed that many people either forgo mobility and flexibility or do very little of it. These components are essential, especially as we age. In the following weeks, we’ll be posting a mobility or flexibility movement every Monday. Enjoy!
Many people suffer from chronic neck pain and virtually everyone experiences some type of neck pain at some time in their lives. You can avoid, or at least minimize your suffering, by putting these exercises into your daily routine.
