Today I will be doing some cannula threads in the under eye! These will reduce the chances of bruising or swelling!
When inserting polycaprolactone (PCL) threads under the eyes, a blunt-tipped cannula is used instead of a traditional sharp needle to significantly reduce the risk of bruising. The blunt tip pushes aside blood vessels and nerves rather than piercing them, minimizing trauma to the delicate periorbital tissue.
