Youtube's A/B Testing Is NOT What Viewers Think

Apparently viewers are not very happy with creator studio's thumbnail A & B testing feature. Some feel like swapping thumbnails is just manipulation. I want to address this complaint and explain why this feature is misunderstood. After all, It's just a creator tool.
