Kikaider (known as Jinzō Ningen Kikaida in Japan) is a classic Japanese tokusatsu superhero series created by Shotaro Ishinomori in the early 1970s. The story follows Jiro, a humanoid robot built with a “Conscience Circuit” that gives him human-like morality, as he transforms into the hero Kikaider to battle against the evil DARK organization led by Professor Gill.
