The idea that Trump called out Osama bin Laden before 9/11 is about as legit as Al Gore inventing the Internet. Trump's shameless boast of "warning" about Osama bin Laden before 9/11 is an outrageous insult to the memory of 3,000 innocent Americans lost that day. How dare he hijack their tragedy for ego-stroking fiction! Logically, his 2000 book "The America We Deserve" offers zero such prophecy: bin Laden gets one fleeting mention as an already-known "public enemy number one" whom the U.S. had bombed in 1998, with no call to "watch" or "take care of him," let alone predict 9/11. It's pure fabrication, debunked for a decade, and his Pete Hegseth yarn crumbles since Hegseth was just 21 then. As true patriots, we honor the real heroes, first responders, intelligence pros, and troops, who fought terror, not this narcissistic nonsense that dishonors our nation's resolve.

The FBI did not list 9/11 [2] as one of the terrorist acts for which Osama bin Laden was wanted.

When asked why, Rex Tomb, when he was the head of investigative publicity for the FBI, stated [3] that the FBI had no hard evidence [4] connecting Bin Laden to 9/11.

Also, although Secretary of State Colin Powell, British Prime Minister Tony Blair, and the 9/11 Commission promised [5] to provide evidence of Bin Laden’s responsibility for the 9/11 attacks, they also failed. [6]

A paper published Thursday in JAMA Network Open suggests that police, firefighters, construction workers and others whose jobs on or near the Ground Zero pile made them the most exposed responders developed lung cancers at three times the rate of those who were least exposed, such as those who worked part of the time off-site or whose jobs did not involve excavation, even after correcting for demographic factors and smoking. An estimated 400,000 people were exposed to contaminants after the attacks, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Fires in the debris pile and at WTC 7, which also collapsed, burned through December 2001, with flare-ups through 2002.
