Why Jesus Came - God Reconciled Us to Himself

📖 “Everything is from God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Christ and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.” — 2 Corinthians 5:18

The Gospel begins with this truth:
God didn’t wait for us to come to Him — He came to us. ❤️

Our sin created separation, but Jesus came to restore what was broken.
Reconciliation means the relationship between God and humanity has been made right again through the cross.

📖 Romans 5:10 says: “While we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son.”
📖 Colossians 1:20 reminds us: “Through Him to reconcile all things… by making peace through His blood.”

God made the first move — and now, He invites us to carry that same message of peace to others.

✨ Reflection: Have you received the reconciliation Jesus offers, or are you still trying to make peace with God on your own?

Tomorrow, we’ll move into 2 Corinthians 5:19, where we’ll see that not only did God reconcile us — He no longer counts our sins against us. 🙌
