CBS News poll shows who Americans blame for government shutdown as Trump threatens layoffs

A new CBS News poll shows more Americans, nearly 40%, blame President Trump and Republicans for the government shutdown, while 30% blame Democrats. Mr. Trump has threatened mass layoffs amid the shutdown, but Democrats said they won't vote to fully reopen the government until there's an agreement to extend Affordable Care Act subsidies.
