Titus 2:11, 14, Romans 8:12, the grace of God appeared onto ALL people, to redeem as many people as possible if they are willing to accept God's grace, and make them zealous of Him, to show others His grace, even when others do not appear to deserve His grace, so that others will know He is the Lord, while there is still time in the current grace period, before the appointed time comes.

Tits 2:12, 14, for the individual believer, God's grace will surely be effective in their life, so they can effectively show others God's grace, so they can make others excited about God, IF the individual believer follows God, by not taking God out of all His proper places in the individual believer's life. Example: allowing God to be present in the individual's life to stop their own sin, instead of running away from God and hiding their sin.

1 Corinthians 1:18, 2 Timothy 1:9, the only way to enjoy the zeal for God, is to allow Jesus Christ to be present everywhere and to not push Him away or shut Him out.

Revelation 21:4, Earth will be the only fiery perdition that exists for those who follow and are accepted by Jesus Christ. The rest of the unsaved world will experience a 2nd perdition or 2nd death. All the evils in the current world on Earth, in present day, will be the only hell that exists for believers in Christ. The rest of the world will experience the actual hell, which is worse than the current hell on Earth, when they pass away from Earth.
