The Greatest British Actors with the Best Voices, All in One Room
A clip from the film, The Wild Geese (1978), quintessential British Classic and here's a short clip from the film of the elite forces planning an attack operation to rescue an African President at the request of the Gov't and the Bank that's ultimately in control and determined to profit from the rescue operation. Unbeknown to the soldiers, they're double-crossed and end up as targets by the same Establishment that asked them to get involved initially, but as soon as there's a political change in the African state, they have to face another hit squad.
Starring:-
Patrick Allen, Richard Burton, Barry Foster, Richard Harris and Roger Moore.
Not only were they recognised for their great acting, but also for their great vocal cords. Perhaps if it had also included John Hurt and Christopher Plummer, it really would have been the icing on the cake?
