Title: Marriage of the Lamb and Destruction of the Beast and False Prophet

Text: Revelation 19:7-21

Vital Verse: “Then he said to me, Write, Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And he said to me, “These are true words of God.”— Revelation 19:9

Nugget to Nibble:
Hallelujah
Hallelujah comes from the Hebrew hallel (“praise”) + Yah (“the LORD”)—“Praise the LORD” (see Psalm 104:35; 105:45; 106:48). In the New Testament it appears only in Revelation 19:1, 3, 4, 6, where each use is a strong, joyful declaration of God’s salvation, glory, and power.

The Marriage of the Lamb
With the chorus of Hallelujahs still sounding, the marriage of the Lamb begins. The saints appear as a bride adorned in fine linen (Revelation 19:7–8), signaling purity and readiness for union with Christ.

Final Judgment
After the wedding feast, judgment falls on the chief agents of the tribulation:
The great harlot is judged, and “her smoke rises forever and ever” (Revelation 19:3).
The beast and the false prophet are thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with brimstone (Revelation 19:20).
Meanwhile, the enemies of the Lamb pose no real threat. Christ rides in triumph on a white horse, and the armies of heaven follow Him (Revelation 19:11, 14). The long wait for redemption ends as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords brings wickedness to its final defeat.
