In this episode, Larry shares that the Messaging of the Church has somewhat changed over his lifetime. In his early years of Following Jesus, the Message was about Discipleship and the Surrendering of the Will to God. It then started taking on the ideas that God wants us to live in Prosperity, then where authority was the key to living out a Christian life, and eventually changed into where we live out our lives in good behavior with the right kind of thinking. Yet, in each emphasis the Church goes through, it gets further away from The Cross and the Foundation of the Church.
