Silver Grove does not spawn when the slide park room spawns? | Warframe

Trying to farm for a mod from the Loki Spectre in Silver Grove, I've come across a peculiar thing..
Wiki says E Prime is the most reliable regarding spawning the Silver Grove, but it seems a specific room might be interfering with that.
