WHAT THE HALES: YouTube Star’s Fake Orders, Bozo Judge, and Luthmann’s Legal Beatdown

In this explosive Unknown Podcast segment, Michael Volpe and Richard Luthmann Jr. shred YouTube agitator Jeremy “Germ” Hales and expose the courtroom clown show surrounding Judge Zach “Bozo” Bolitho. Once known for his “What the Hales” storage-unit videos, Hales has reinvented himself as a serial litigant and drama merchant, firing off lawsuits against anyone who dares question him — including journalist Richard Luthmann.

Volpe kicks off the segment by calling Hales’s latest motion for contempt “one of the most awful filings I’ve ever seen.” Hales filed it just before his Ohio protective order expired, alleging his Florida neighbors filmed him and posted the footage online. The hosts note he provided “no times, no dates, no links — just whining.” Despite lacking evidence, Hales demanded jail time and a firearms ban against his critics. After Hales’s process server wrongly handed legal papers to Richard Luthmann Sr., a 72-year-old retired pharmacist in Florida, Hales’s team falsely claimed service on his son. When Luthmann Sr. filed papers blasting Hales as an “elder abuser” and “alligator f**ker,” Judge “Bozo” Bolitho struck them as “obscene and improper.” But the move backfired. Luthmann Sr.’s Rule 72 Objections accuse Bozo of First Amendment censorship, viewpoint discrimination, and bias. He argues the filings exposed real fraud, elder abuse, and perjury — not obscenity.

In the words of Richard Luthmann Jr., “It’s not up to a clown magistrate to decide what’s proper expression under the First Amendment.” Volpe sums it up bluntly: “This case has become a clown show — and Judge Bozo’s in the center ring.”

As Luthmann Sr. appeals to an Article III judge in Gainesville Federal Court, the hammer is coming down. Whether it’s in Gainesville or at the Eleventh Circuit, Hales’s legal carnival is collapsing. The First Amendment may soon have the last laugh — and there will be Hale$ to Pay.
