Slow Cooking in the Instant Pot?! Say what?! LOL!
It works, it actually works! I couldn't believe it but it worked and it was delicious!
I've never had so many compliments over this soup before. It's really simple and easy to make. Perfect for the cooler weather we have this time of year.
