Mango Coconut Dessert

Ingredients:

For the base:
200g butter cookies
5 tbsp shredded coconut
100g melted butter

For the cream:
500g mascarpone
250ml heavy cream
4 tbsp coconut cream
4 tbsp powdered sugar
200g mango passion fruit (pureed)
2 packs whipped cream stabilizer

For the topping:
100ml heavy cream
200g white chocolate
Shredded coconut

Instructions:

- Crush the butter cookies.
- Add shredded coconut and melted butter, then mix well.
- Distribute the mixture into dessert glasses.
- For the cream, mix mascarpone, heavy cream, coconut cream, powdered sugar, cream stabilizer, and mango.
- Spoon the cream into the dessert glasses as well.
- Heat the cream and melt the white chocolate in it.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cream.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut over the chocolate.
- Chill the dessert glasses until serving.
