Even though it’s late in the day, the job’s not done — these tenants are still getting their 10-Day Notice to Pay. 💼

👉 They’re late on rent, and I’m doing my due diligence as a property manager to make sure this notice is served properly and on time. Because when rent isn’t paid, the clock starts ticking — and that means the eviction process officially begins if they fail to comply.

This is part of the job. It’s not fun, but it’s necessary. Property management is about protecting the homeowner’s investment and ensuring everyone plays by the lease agreement. If you don’t pay, you don’t stay — simple as that.
