In this livesetream, I discuss the necessity of body position for freestyle. I discuss the proper body position and how to correct mistakes.

Hi! I'm John Ferrell. I swam competitively from the third grade until I graduated from BYU swimming on their team for 4 great years. I was a HS All American and first team all conference in the Mountain West Conference when at BYU. I have been private coaching since 2013 and been competing in Triathlons since 2019. Currently, I race with Team Zoot and am a member of Form Racing's Competition Team. I also am an ambassador for H20 Audio. I believe in swimming faster through better technique rather than grinding out massive amounts of yardage. For triathletes, their pool time is VERY limited during the week. I use dryland technique drills to augment pool time to help build muscle memory.
