Curious about psychedelics? Join me on October 14-19th for the 4th Annual Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Global Summit from the Heartmind Institute called the Microdosing and Psychedelic Retreats Summit.

I’ve been microdosing psilocybin for several years to help manage the symptoms of my medical conditions. It’s helped immensely with my PTSD, toxic mold exposure, TBI, and brain inflammation symptoms. It has decreased my anxiety and pain levels and given me a sense of well-being as I moved through medical treatment with little to no negative side effects. Due to my success with microdosing, I personally believe this treatment option needs to be available to the general public.

PAWS: Making some positive improvements, although extremely slow. I’m at times in less pain, but the insomnia is still an intermittent issue.

Toxic Mold Exposure: I’m still reeling from this. I'm afraid my sinusitis has reached a point where I need antibiotics, but I am afraid to do a round of doxycycline without drainage support and more binders. The combination of Lyme, toxic mold, and other toxins is a balancing act. I’m concerned the die-off will overwhelm me with everything I have going on.

Since becoming reexposed, I’ve been having GI issues again. It hurts to eat. My stomach acid is extremely low, and I’m supplementing with replacement HCL, but it’s still difficult. I’m currently at 5 grams of replacement HCL and am still working up. I hope to add probiotics to my regimen soon.
